Animal nutrition, Quality assurance, Market research and other allied

has production facilities to manufacture quality veterinary
formulations in powder form & liquid orals.
THE POWDER SECTION
Has 1800lts. All SS 316 nauta mixer with Liquid spray system, Cyclone
dust collector, Lump breaker and Vacuum applicator system to manufacture
5000MT Dry feed supplements like Vitamin premixes, Growth Promoters,
Coccidiostats, Electrolytes, Dewormers, Probiotics, Antibacterial,
Antibiotics etc…
All production activities are carried out in temperature/humidity
controlled areas and packing is done by using modern Auger filling
machines.
No formulated product comes in contact with human body until it
is packed hygienically under the stream of nitrogen flushing wherever
needed.
THE LIQUID SECTION
Has the facility to manufacture 18000 Kilo Litres of unique combination
of Water-soluble Vitamin AD3EC, Vitamin A solution, Vitamin B complex
liquid, Vitamin E with selenium, Calcium syrup & clear solutions,
Specialty Vitamin mineral feed supplements for Animals etc…
The fully automatic bottle filling line is installed to achieve
the highest GMP norms. Purified water is used by R.O. Treatment
& UV purification for the manufacturing of liquid orals.
